marblemedia and Popmania to Find the Next Teen Pop Sensation

Award-winning cross-platform content creator, marblemedia, along with LA-based music-focused and online pop culture entertainment company, Popmania Inc., have announced they have partnered on the development of a new television series to find the next teen pop sensation titled POPMANIA: Life Under The Mic.

The 10×30’ docu-reality series follows the lives of three uniquely talented teen girls as they go through the high and lows as well as success and failures that come with pursuing their dream of having a career in pop music. Over the course of three months, cameras will follow the lives of each girl as they write, record, perform, interact with fans and deal with their personal life in this fast-paced industry. They will also create a competitive artist package with mega pop producer/ label head/ A&R executiveRon Fair, who has worked with the likes of Christina Aguilera, Lady Gaga and Mary J. Blige. In the end, a winner will be named and will continue her journey with the Popmania team, where they will further nurture her talent and help her achieve success and stardom in the entertainment industry.

The series will feature a wealth of interactive components including various social media platforms, a mobile app and a website. International sales of the series will be handled by Distribution360, a marblemedia company.
