Marblemedia appoints Blake Tohana to the newly created position of CFO and COO
Tohana will work close with Partners/Executive Producers Mark Bishop and Matthew Hornburg. Tohana will oversee the expansion of new divisions and departments, including the interactive group and its international sales and distribution arm, Distribtion360.
He is also responsible for growing marblemedia's new Factual & Lifestyle division, which will debuts its first cross platform property, What's in a Name?, on History Television (Canada) on September 12, 2011. Tohana most recently served as EVP and CFO, Magna Entertainment. He previously held senior management positions, including CFO, at Fireworks Entertainment and helped take the company public ahead of it being acquired by CanWest Global Communications.
